Exceeded expectations by far. Ratings based on category of 3 star motel. Rooms were large, beds comfortable, nice shower (some leaking out shower door), bathroom toiletries were very nice smelling and included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. Rooms even included bath robes. Lobby had coffee (in morning), hot tea all day and popcorn at night. Facility has corn hole and a fireplace which was fun to play and nice to sit around with a glass of wine. Front desk went above and beyond - got a small cut on hand and they provided an anticeptic wipe, Neosporin and a few bandaids. location was walking distance to everything in downtown Walla Walla. would definitely recommend staying here.

Great staff, went out of their way to give advice on wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Yesenia (hope I spelled right) at the front desk saw us heading out to the deck and came out to make a fire for us, she was wonderful! Proximity to downtown made it easy to park our car and enjoy walking to dining, shopping, and wine tasting. We loved the special evening tasting events in the lobby, a real treat! Lovely coffee and tea bar with nice products, a great start to our mornings.

- The best hotel we stayed during our Western Canada+US trip. Definitely recommend. Hotel look more like a boutique hotel. - Very new, fresh, neat and clean hotel. - Hotel has nice interior and exterior. - Rooms are comfortable. Bed superb with high quality satin bed sheets. Shower was good. - It was quite in the room so we slept very well. - They have nice common patio area with complimentary tea and coffee. - Private parking space.

The wonderfully attentive staff texted me the morning after I arrived. That was wildly convenient! They brought me the supplies I needed when I texted to request them and they got noisy neighbors to take their conversation inside at 12:30 am. The room was clean, had what I needed, and was close to downtown and my college. I'd come back for my next college reunion.

I liked the location, close/in downtown and near to where I needed to be. Lots of great food to eat very close to the hotel. I like the style of the place as well, simple and nice design. Also, loved that there was a covered parking garage right below my room. Very convenient. I loved the local tea and hot chocolate in the lobby (also local coffee).
